Who am I? Difficult to answer, but I’ll do my best.

Somethings about me

  • I am the most organised person you'll ever meet, a Miro savant, and a prolific meme-sharer.

  • ...also: analytical, structured, and the person who will have done the prep before anyone else thought to ask.

  • I mentor, lead, and push back when it matters. I've worked across B2B and B2C, solo and in teams, which means I've learned that good process saves everyone's time, including mine.

  • Ceramics! I like making things that exist in the physical world; it's a good counterweight to a job where nothing does.

  • Photography, because apparently that's what designers do.

  • I volunteer at cat shelters in Barcelona, which has nothing to do with design and everything to do with priorities.

  • Ask me about video games 👾

And ceramics!

…and yes, you can sit on it! ⇧

These are some of the soft skills that set me apart

Presentation & workshop expert

I can walk into a room of sceptical stakeholders and leave with alignment. Public speaking, facilitation, design crits, I've run them all.

UX Research

Both qual and quant. I've moderated studies, run A/B tests, and used Amplitude, Hotjar, and Dovetail to turn data into decisions, not decks.

[Engaging fact number six 6️⃣]

I'm a Figma and Miro power user in a way that makes other designers quietly relieved. Also: emphatic meme-sharer.

Design operations

I build the scaffolding teams forget to build: documentation, onboarding, rituals, and tooling. The stuff that makes collaboration actually work

Active listener & candid feedback giver

I give feedback people can use, not feedback that makes them feel good. And I can take the same.

Autodidactic & an active learner

I've taught myself enough to be dangerous in research, ops, and front-end. I know when to go deep and when to hand it off.

Design & Prototyping: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI-assisted prototyping (Claude)

Research & Analytics: Hotjar, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Datadog, UserZoom, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail. Doing qual and quant, from discovery to validation

Collaboration & Facilitation: Miro, Notion, “that weird tool that your team uses, probably”. For workshops, crits, async, etc

…and for hard skills, these are the tools I’m comfortable using:
